Mission: The mission of Jimtown Junior High School Counseling Program is to ensure all students are provided with opportunities to seek and achieve academic excellence, receive direction in college and career readiness, support in social/emotional development, and be prepared to be successful life-long learners. The school counseling department will advocate for equity and access to challenging coursework, enrichment opportunities, and individualized instruction for all students.

Mrs. Manges has been an educator for 25 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University Bloomington, her Masters Degree in Education from Indiana Wesleyan, and her Masters in Counseling and Human Services with a focus on school counseling from IUSB. She has experience in both middle school and high school classrooms and in middle and high school counseling and has worked at two other districts before landing at Baugo.
Mrs. Manges and her husband have two children; one is a sophomore in college and one is a junior in high school. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and scrapbooking.
